Q: What is your setup like?
A: We require:
- Access to a standard electrical outlet.
- Our cart is on wheels and requires:
- Easy access to the setup location.
- Concrete or other hard surfaces
- First Floor Only
Please note that the cart cannot be disassembled or moved once it’s set up. The client is responsible for ensuring the cart can easily reach the setup location.
Q: Can we customize the Menu?
A: Yes! Depending on the package you choose you are able to pick the flavors for your event.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A 80% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot hold dates without a deposit
